Deni 3300 350-Watt Classic Meat Grinder

I have owned my meat grinder for a year now and love it. This baby handles like a dream. I have used it to make ground meat, chili, and sausage, and it has not failed yet. I have used chickens, 3 deer, 2 wild hog, 2 turkey, 2 farm pigs, beef briskets from the store, and it cuts everything like butter, and yes i have and got a small bone in it and didn't even stop it or damage the unit or blades I have never even touched the reverse mode. The cutting blade after a year of use is still Sharp and not showing any signs of getting dull. clean up is easy, fast, and no mess at all. I would purchase another if anything happens to it. Well worth the money! I also have the kitchen aid attachment to grind meat and had a black and Decker meat grinder and didn't like them as much as this one. They lacked the power to do what they advertised where this one preforms flawlessly.

WITH GROUND BEEF BEING RECALLED WEEKLY FOR ONE NASTY "BUG" OR SOME OTHER THING I DECIDED I WANTED TO GRIND MY OWN MEAT. THE OLD GRINDER [THAT CAME WITH MY MIXER] ALWAYS CLOGGED SO I REALLY WAS INTERESTED IN THE REVERSE FEATURE. DIDN'T GET TO USE IT. THIS LITTLE BEAUTY WENT THRU 4 POUNDS OF RAW BEEF LIKE IT WAS BUTTER. NOT A SLOW DOWN, GROWL, OR GLITCH. DENI SAYS THE UNIT IS FAST AND IT REALLY IS. COULDN'T KEEP UP WITH IT. CLEAN UP WAS FAST AND EASY. THE CUTTING BLADE AND GRINDING PLATES [ON ALL GRINDERS] WILL RUST IF NOT DRIED COMPLETELY. USE A TOWEL AND THEN AIR DRY. SO FAR ITS EVERYTHING AS PROMOTED.
I'LL UP DATE THIS LATER. LONDON BROIL STEAKS ARE $1.47 A POUND. TWENTY POUNDS OF GROUND BEEF COMING UP.

I was excited to buy this grinder but after running it for the 1st time the motor started smoking. Even tried running without attachments and it still smoked up the kitchen. May have gotten a faulty one but not willing to give it a 2nd chance.

I bought it as a gift and so far have not heard whether or not they like the Deni Classic Food Grinder.
