This is the worst appliance I have ever purchased. While I did not buy it from amazon, I want to get the word out there! Purchased for my son, from Santa, for Christmas. The device never made frozen ice cream. We tried it twice! Followed the directions to a T. I have experience making ice cream and this was the biggest piece of c----! Thank God my son is 12 years old and realizes that Santa sometimes makes a bad purchasing decision. Spend the money and get the Cuisinart!

This appliance is the biggest piece of garbage Ive ever gotten as a gift. My wife bought this for me so I could make ice cream with my kids, the 1st time I used it it made cold soup. My wife thought I messed up cause Im not exactly great in the kitchen. So the next time we tried together, and.............same thing, followed the instructions to a T and again we got cold soup. The Mrs and I got a good laugh and went to CARVEL with the kids right after I threw this POS in the garbage.

This product does not work, do not buy it. I followed the directions to the letter and the ice cream mixture never set up, it stayed completely liquid. I tried 3 times with 3 different recipes, to no avail. I even tried putting the canister in the deep freezer for well over 24 hours and ran the machine until it over heated and turned of automatically, and the mixture still remained liquid. Do not waste your time or money on this machine.
