I ORDERED THE DENI 5.5QT PRESSURE COOKER FROM THS SELLER. THEY WENT A CHEEP SUBSTANDARD REPLACEMENT THAT WAS RECONDITIONED WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION. IT IS LIKE BUYING A CORVETT AND GETTING A TOY CAR. I CANT BELIEVE THE DISHONEST APPROACH TO DEALING WITH THE CONSUMER. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND OUT TO RIP OFF THE BUYER. THIS IS THE REASON THEY CAN SELL IT SO CHEAP IT IS NOT THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SHOWING

I was originally sent a refurbished pressure cooker. I contacted the seller and he was very apologetic and sent me a new one. He explained it was a mix up and refunded me as well. I love this pressure cooker it's very well made and so easy to use. I wish all sellers were this easy to deal with.
