I ORDERED THE DENI 5.5QT PRESSURE COOKER FROM THS SELLER. THEY WENT A CHEEP SUBSTANDARD REPLACEMENT THAT WAS RECONDITIONED WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION. IT IS LIKE BUYING A CORVETT AND GETTING A TOY CAR. I CANT BELIEVE THE DISHONEST APPROACH TO DEALING WITH THE CONSUMER. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND OUT TO RIP OFF THE BUYER. THIS IS THE REASON THEY CAN SELL IT SO CHEAP IT IS NOT THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SHOWING

I was originally sent a refurbished pressure cooker. I contacted the seller and he was very apologetic and sent me a new one. He explained it was a mix up and refunded me as well. I love this pressure cooker it's very well made and so easy to use. I wish all sellers were this easy to deal with.

This is totally wrong! I got Cooks Essentials 800W 4 Qt. Pressure Cooker instead. Looking at the box, I think it is a reconditioned (re-certified) product. THIS IS CHEATING!

I cannot speak more highly of this pressure cooker. I have given them as wedding gifts, etc. I love to cook for my family & could not survive without this product. I love the versatality of this product in that I can use it as a slow cooker and/or pressure cooker. I always recommend this product to all friends and family.

I love my Deni 5 qt pressure cooker. I love being able to have a meal done in just minutes. It is easy to clean and is pretty on my countertop. I have tried my own concoctions as well as some from a cookbook for pressure cookers. Amazon provided another fine product for me. I love it!!!

Still trying to figure out all this machine can do. I like it so far. It cooks way faster than my old slow cooker but need to figure out how to flavor my meats better so that the flavor comes through when finished cooking.

I had originally given this company Lowest Price a bad review. However, in the meantime they contacted me and they corrected the problem. I'm very satisfied how they handled the problem. I would definitely do business with them again.

I received a wrong order from factory, the vendor made everything right when he found out about it and even called to make sure all is well and that I am satisfied with the problem resolution so don't sell him short, if there is something wrong he fixes it if he knows about it.

I received the wrong item. Cooking Essentials 5qt which was refurbished. Amazon refunded my money, but this is a hassle since I have to drag the item to UPS store to mail back. I won't buy another cooker from amazon. I need to go to a store for one.
