This is one the best books on addiction and healing I have ever read. Each page offers the reality of the challenge with a new twist. The focus of this book is on solutions much more than describing the problem. Using a sense of humor, creativity, and honesty, Shelley Stockwell, PhD, has offered a series of tools that will facilitate healing and get to the core of the matter through hypnoisis in a very wonderful and fast way. Read this book, your clients will thank you for it. You might even smile while reading it...and as we all know, laughter is the best medicine.

I use this book in my hypnotherapy practice and refer it to my clients. It is truely a hypntherapist's bible in helping clients overcome fears, phobias and addictions. My clients read it to help give them a better understanding of their problems and as a continual support for a happy, healthy life. This book is clear to understand with easy solutions for lifes bumbs in the road.
