A Teenage Love,
By
This review is from: Denim Diaries 2: Grown in Sixty Seconds (Paperback)
The 2nd installment to the Denim Diaries series is undoubtedly worth reading.
I'm extremely impressed by Denim, Dre, Patrice and DeMario. All four of the main characters possess "old" souls. Denim, the ambitious student who's always eager to do the right thing. The multitalented Dre, who dreams of becoming the next big thing in the NBA. Patrice, a teenage parent who hasn't lost prospective even under the many challenges of motherhood. Finally, there's DeMario, who is more than willing to take care of his responsibilities and he's not even 21 years of age. Way to go! Teenagers will learn a thing or two after reading Grown in Sixty Seconds. Parents in training as well. Rating: 4 golden stars.

My son and I waited for what seemed like forever for the sequel. We were not disappointed. Keep them coming!

This book was really good! After the first book, i was anxious to read the second one but now i am anxious to read the next one! While reading this book, i realized that i wished that i had a friend like Patrice and Demin was wrong for turning her back on her friend in that time of need!!!! I was feeling bad for Denim because she was missing her boo so bad and i kno if i was in that position, i knew that would be me!
