I have had this tape for quite some time and my only complaint is that it is not out in DVD format. This video is easy enough for a beginner to follow but still provides a well-rounded group of exercises for intermediate exercisers. Denise gives lots of encouragement and keeps things moving at a steady pace. I feels like it has greatly helped my agility and turned fat into muscle. I add weights to the arm exercises to make them a little more difficult. I would definitely recommend this exercise video.

I have been using this tape since I was in high school. I love the workout, keeps me very toned and in shape! The only complaint I have is that I can't buy it on DVD. This tape is the only reason I keep a VHS player.

I have been looking for this tape for a long time. I had it when it was first released and used it until it wore out. I wish it would be released on dvd. It is an easy workout that anyone can do and I love that it targets areas of the body that are hard to tone up. I cannot do the dancing and aerobic exercises due to my back but this tape is wonderful! You really get a full workout in 30 minutes and you really feel it too. Even though it is somewhat dated, the full blown 80's big hair, slight soft disco music, it is fun, offers lots of encouragement, and really is effective. I got a used video and it works fine and am thinking of seeing it I can have it transfered to dvd before I wear it out! Thank you Amazon for finding something i had no hopes of ever finding again!
