I have had this tape for quite some time and my only complaint is that it is not out in DVD format. This video is easy enough for a beginner to follow but still provides a well-rounded group of exercises for intermediate exercisers. Denise gives lots of encouragement and keeps things moving at a steady pace. I feels like it has greatly helped my agility and turned fat into muscle. I add weights to the arm exercises to make them a little more difficult. I would definitely recommend this exercise video.

I have been using this tape since I was in high school. I love the workout, keeps me very toned and in shape! The only complaint I have is that I can't buy it on DVD. This tape is the only reason I keep a VHS player.

I had Denise Austin's Non-Aerobic Workout tape in the 90's and really liked it. It was perfect between cardio days. I've been looking for that same tape for a while so I can put it on DVD, and cannot find it. Oh I've found and ordered several that are calling themselves "Denise Austin's Non-Aerobic Workout" but every single one is different than the one I had and not nearly as effective. Be careful of what you order or you'll just end up wasting money...

Like the other reviewers, I have been using this tape for nearly 20 years. I have dozens of exercise videos but I always seem to return to this one because it's fast, comprehensive and just challenging enough to be effective. Every so often I check to see if it's available on DVD and will definitely buy a couple copies if it ever is!

My copy didn't even look like this in the package. It was supposed to be new, I paid for a new VHS and received something else. I wish I could return this copy, but there was no return information. The only information I had was to deal with this company that looked far from friendly towards returns. It is such poor quality you can hardly see it.
I do not plan on ordering from amazon again because of this experience. I would not even give this one star if there was a rating less than one.

I have this tape and use it daily. I wanted an extra in case of damage. The purchase from Amazon is EXTREMELY blurry and very poor quality. My original is in mint shape compared to this one. Very disappointed in my purchase, but then it was not a fortune that I lost.
