Typical Denise Austin Aerobics--Not Really Yoga,

I bought 2 Denise Austin "yoga" DVDs, unfortunately. Actually, very unfortunately. I own a library of over 70 yoga DVDs and hers are among the worst. I do not play them. Why? Because she has simply dressed up her aerobics workout by throwing in some yoga poses. I have no problem with Denise Austin, but let's call these DVDs what they really are--aerobics. Denise, please, if you want to do yoga, do yoga. But please don't try to cash in on those beautiful, peaceful poses with your tired old aerobics routines, and then try to pass them off as yoga.
