No this is not like her show BUT it is a daily dozen. I like the choices and find it to be a nice change from the other DVD's I have. Her warm up is surprisingly short and the cool down is OK - but hey it is only 12 minutes. It is in my mix for my lighter workout days or when I need to put in a quick workout.
The music is so great. I do the workouts with music only. Sometimes I just put the music on and do my house work. It gets you moving.
I would recommend listening to Denise a few times until you learn all the pointers about the workout then switch to music only and have fun!
