At first I wasn't sure what was on the tape because there were no reviews, but the tape combines one 10 minute workout from each of Denise Austin's Hit the Spot series (abs, thighs, buns, and arms/bust). The tape is great for an all over tone up because everything is all on one tape, and lasts about 45-50 minutes, and just because there is only 10 min. for each part...

Unlike most of the other reviews, I got no results from repeatedly doing this video. I was doing it at least 3x week alternating with 30 min. aerobics daily and saw no change in my thighs/hips. I've tried several videos for my lower body as that's my problem spot but to no avail. I'm not overweight but would like to tone up my rear and thighs. This tape wasn't the...

At first I wasn't sure what was on the tape because there were no reviews, but the tape combines one 10 minute workout from each of Denise Austin's Hit the Spot series (abs, thighs, buns, and arms/bust). The tape is great for an all over tone up because everything is all on one tape, and lasts about 45-50 minutes, and just because there is only 10 min. for each part doesn't make it easy! The tape is a great way to "get your feet wet" with toning exercises because you only need the one tape (and not 4), and the segments are broken up, so you don't have to do all of it at one time.

I love Denise Austin's "Hit the Spot" series. I use her "Hit the Spot: Buns" and her "Hit the Spot: Abs" as well. You will definitely see results when using this series. You will do 3 workouts, each last ten minutes. One workout a day is all you need!! Just repeat the video over and over again. These results are very real, and you will recieve them if you do these, and do these correctly. I also use the "Thigh Master" after doing her 10 minute workout, so I may see results faster than others who don't. Now, if you don't exercise much, like me, then you will find these a little hard, and you will be sore, but it is so worth it!!! Remeber it takes time, so if you want firm and smaller thighs, and hips, you won't be disappointed when using "Hit the Spot: Thighs."

This is an excellent video containing three quick and effective thigh workouts. If you do not have a lot of time to work out, this is a great video to help tone your legs quickly. The moves are tough and definitly make your thighs burn! I actually break a sweat while doing this! My only complaint is that Denise Austin makes a lot of mistakes and is very annoying at times. She is encouraging, but after the first few times, you don't notice that. You only notice that she miscounts, speeds up her rhythm to get the 10 minutes in, and just sounds ditsy at times. Like when she tells you that the inner thigh is the adductor muscle and then she starts going, "aduct . . aduct". Still though, all in all a very effective workout.

I am addicted to this tape, even though Denise is a little annoying. I absolutely LOVE the fact that these are concentrated exercises and the workout only lasts 10 minutes. The fact that I can definitely see a difference in my thighs is encouragement enough to ignore some of Denise's ditzy comments! Highly recommended for those of us who want results without investing too much time in a tape!!

This tape is really effective in toning thighs, and seeing quick results. It dosen't take a lot of time, so it works for busy people.

Personally, Denise's enthusiasm really makes the tapes. She seems very personable and encouraging. It helps especially if you are working out alone.

Wonderful variety with 3 unique 10-minute workouts. I use it in combination with another Hit-the-Spot video to make a brief but effective 20-minute workout that makes exercising enjoyable. Denise is always encouraging, and the exercises are effective without being time-consuming.

I tend to get bored with exercise tapes but not with this one. These are really effective exercises and don't take a lot of time. Some people don't like Denise's chirpy manner, but I think it makes the workout session upbeat.

DENISE ROCKS AND ALWAYS HAS. I LOVE THIS TAPE AND I USE IT ALL THE TIME NOW. SOMETIMES I DO TWO ROUTINES, SOMETIMES ONE.

BUT IT WORKS!!!! BELIEVE ME. GET IT! I JUST ORDERED THE ONE FOR MY ARMS AND BUST. I'M 38 NOW AND JUST STARTED EXERCISING. LOL I NEVER REALLY HAD TO. BUT SHE IS GREAT FOR TONING. I RECOMMEND ANYTHING BY DENISE.

I have two other Hit The Spot tapes, and this one is my favorite. The exercise I usually stick with is the one that works the inner thighs, the last exercise on the tape. Even is time is tight for you, this works perfectly because Denise encourages you through all three short workout segments and instructs you on how to do it correctly so your posture isn't incorrect and even tells you that you can work those other parts by proper posture. It will leave you thighs tight and toned and you'll feel and look great in a matter of weeks! Add her ten minute workouts in addition to regular aerobic and cardiovascular workouts for even better results! I do, and it's working out great!
