This is the video to get you started on your quest for healthy living! I have done this workout consistently for ten weeks and let me assure you, you will notice a difference. If you hate aerobics, this is the workout for you! Denise begins with all over body warm up and then progresses to upper body toning. Believe me, you will feel these exercises. Waist exercies, abdominals, lower body toning, etc. it's all covered. You can tell this is a video from the 80's, but who cares when you're toning up. Of all the workout videos I own, this is the one I have been able to stick with! Give it a try!

I wore out my first copy of this tape and am buying another--it's one of the best toning videos I've done. The hip and thigh work is fabulous, better than Denise's "Totally Firm" tape and anyone else's. You can do this tape in your bare feet (hardly any leg movement), without weights, and in a tiny space, too. I saw results within a few weeks--amazing! On the downside, the music is simply awful and there's nothing fancy to get excited about (rather dull, frankly), but as Denise says, "These work!" And they do. I especially recommend this video to people who never tried toning before, since it's so easy to follow. Yet I've been alternating it with weight-lifting tapes for 10 years now, and it's still the all-around best!

This video is very simple to follow. The exercises require little coordination and any beginner can start a workout regime with this video. I loved it. I am uncoordinated and not athletic, yet I felt comfortable following the tape. Try it, it's easy and you can feel the results!!!!
