Shortcuts - Legs & Buns Gets Results,

This video is well worth the price. The video is actaully three separate 10 minute workouts with advancing difficulty. Denise recommends starting with the first workout for a couple of weeks before moving on. More advanced individuals may want to do more than one workout at a time. Each workout has a short warm-up as well as stretching for cool down. I found the instructions easy to follow and the exercises are definately challenging and target the area promised. For ten minutes a day you can't lose!

I loved this videos for the first six weeks after I purchased it. I saw a very visible change in fat deposition, muscle contours, and definition. Unfortunately, after about 6 weeks the video became too easy. The video is still really great for a quick workout if I don't have time to do one of my other videos, but I don't rely on it for a complete workout.
