For those of you who hate exercise like me, this does the job in 15 minutes. I lost 3 inches off my waist in one month by doing this at least 6 out of 7 days a week. Don't get me wrong, it's not easy but it does get result. At first you do what you can to get through it, and by the end of the month you're keeping right up with her. It does the trick!

I don't know if this is the same video, but if it is, I've been looking for it forever. It has the most annoying presentation, but it was the best abs workout I've ever had. I don't know if I got a rock hard tummy from her workout exercises or from laughing...It doesn't take the time to explain the moves, nor does it spend much time on warm-up, but since I like to do this workout everyday (or every other day), I'm more than happy to skip those things. It's fast and effective. I never knew what it was like to have a flat stomach before this video. It isn't easy, but it is well worth it.

This video was the best I've seen. I did the excercises every other day and it worked. I wish they would release it again because mine was eaten by my vcr. It was the only one I enjoyed doing.
