I can't believe that Denise would let this video even be produced! There are no cue-ings. You have absolutely no idea what comes next. Make sure you have a LOT of room to do this video..more than 6 feet. It would also help if you have a concrete or wood floor, because if you try to do this video on carpet, you'll probably break your leg trying to keep the pace! However, some of the moves are fun and Denise does keep you motivated.
