About the Author

Denise Parker took home a bronze medal as the youngest member of the U.S. Olympic Team at the 1988 Seoul Games. Parker also competed in the 1992 and 2000 Olympics. She has had two top-10 individual finishes at the World Championships, five first place finishes in the U.S. National Championships, and on three occasions placed first at the Pan American Games. A graduate of Westminster College, Parker has been the editor of Archery Focus, Marketing Manager for Hoyt USA, Vice President of the Archery Trade Association, and is currently President of DP Event Marketing. Parker is married and living in Pleasant View, Utah with two step-daughters and two sons.
