We are doing intensive on line research for a fish poacher, and this seems reasonably priced, until my sharp eyed son said there is no image of the perforated steaming rack, nor mention of one. And I looked and I agreed. I can't see one in the picture and they don't say 'three pieces' or mention the rack at all.

We decided not to risk it and aren't buying it, but if the manufactures read this, could they clarify if it comes with a rack... If it does, it's a good deal, and if it doesn't, then I wouldn't even consider it.

I saw what the son saw, but the photo I initially checked on did have a rack. On that basis and my need to be tight with money. I ordered this Poacher. It arrive exactly on time. I poached a full Costco Salmon fillet in wine with onion and lemon. Wrapped the fish in loose head lettuce leaves. We were done in 15-20 minutes and my guest + myself were pleased. Moist tender and full of flavor. I noted the lid was a little loose fitting (warped) after cleaning. The SS is thin and could lead to that. Hand pressure had it fixed. If your on my type of tight budget, this Poacher worked beautifully. I can only assume if you pay more the SS would be thicker.

Forget about it, Amazon shouldn't allow such misleading info, very disappointing--a poacher without a poaching rack included! Good catch (pun intended) by the first reviewer's son!
