most awesome copy!!
This little reprint is so fabulous! I always searched on ebay for the real thing but the cost was just too high for my wallet and then I found this: the exact same thing, brand new quality, and you don't have to worry about handling it with care because of the age. The print quality is great and the pages are sturdy. What more can you ask for? I will buy all the bogie...

Nostalgia Only
I agree with the first reviewer that this book is beautiful. The only problem is that it is almost impossible to make any of the projects in the book. Crepe paper is difficult if not impossible to find (I bought some online); and I didn't know that PRINTED crepe paper existed. I suppose you could download free graphic patterns to create some of the Halloween icons...

This little reprint is so fabulous! I agree with the first reviewer that this book is beautiful. The only problem is that it is almost impossible to make any of the projects in the book. Crepe paper is difficult if not impossible to find (I bought some online); and I didn't know that PRINTED crepe paper existed. I suppose you could download free graphic patterns to create some of the Halloween icons that are used in most of the crafts, but you're not going to find them just waiting for you at the nearest store.
Sure to warm the hearts of nostalgia buffs, but not for crafters or party planners. But it is BEAUTIFUL! I'm keeping mine just to thumb through the pages. |
