The Denon DNS1200 is a good midi deck for those who ae looking for a medium range priced product that performs on a professional level. The product worked great. I am a digital DJ so I can't speak on how the CD player works, but I plugged in flash drives and was able to do a set using the deck's effects functions, sampling, and looping with minimal manual reading. I am proud to own this product and I recommend it to all professional DJs and hobbyist.

I have to say I'm usually a Pioneer freak, but I gave Denon a shot. I was very pleasantly surprised actually. They work great and they have loads of capabilities. Make sure to update as soon as you get this product though, because it does have its corks. I'm giving this product 4 stars because it works great with USB and CD's, but minus one star due to some glitches while trying to hook these up to both Serato and Traktor. These require so many updates to get it to work properly with these application and in the end is not worth all the hassell. But I don't want to take away any of the thunder revolving this CDJ. Its a great CDJ. Between the Pioneer 400 and Denon 1200 its really a toss up. So if your in a pinch for money, definitely go with these bad boys. Definitely worth every penny.

As a former user and lover of the DN S1000, this was a very nice and pleasant upgrade. Great seller and fast delivery. Great product for mobile DJ's on a budget.

me encantan estas tornamesas, son pequeñas, livianas, fáciles de usar y muy útiles. tienen las funciones de una tornamesa más grande (y costosa) a un costo menor, además de que x su tamaño son fáciles de llevar, incluso la música, no necesito cd's ni compu, solo dos usb de 16gb donde tengo todo lo necesario y un poco más... las denon 1200 son más de lo que uno puede imaginar...

I ordered a the second player to complete the set. This time It took only about 4 days to arrive to me NY from Arizona. product was nicely packaged and protected. I open both boxes to take out the unit. I registered the unit on the Denon website, and downloaded the update now the unit Is working nicely.

After 2 years now, one of the play button just totally came off. When I called denon support they would not cover it anymore. I had to call another company to get the part. It Is a great little CD player, but the buttons are made very poorly. It' s been more than 2 weeks since I have been waiting for this part still nada. We are currently In May 2010 which is a very busy season for me. I had no choice but to take the player apart and did a ninja biz by glueing it together temporarily. I had to be creative not to look bad in front of my public.
