It's a little bigger than the baby's tooth brushes. Fits my finger better. There's a rectangular square on the finger tip where the bristles go. This makes it stand up a little more. The up-shot is that the bristles probably will stay attached better. The down-side is that I lose a little bit of dexterity and can't feel the teeth as well. My dog is a 20lb beagle and this is about as big as I can go with her. Probably not a good brush for smaller breeds.

I was using a tooth brush to brush her teeth and she was not too fond of it so I started just using my finger. Then I saw this little item, and "voila", she likes it and so do I and it does a better job than my finger.

I have an Australian Shepherd whose teeth haven't been cleaned in -years-. (yes yes, I know. That's not a good thing. at all.) Hence why I got this product, along with Nutri-Vet Enzymatic Chicken Flavored Canine Toothpaste, 2.5 Ounce.
Going back to this product, though, it's wonderfully easy to use, even with a finicky dog whose teeth and gums are sensitive. All my concerns were addressed..
Pros::
--one size fits most really -does- fit most. I have smaller hands and can still easily use this... my fiance has much larger hands and it fits him as well!
--it's easy to clean after use, probably not in the dishwasher, but definitely handwashing!
--the bristles are soft enough to not cause our poor dirty-mouthed dog's gums bleed (like human toothbrushes do), but firm enough to help scrub away years of gook
--the rubber that this is made of is flexible, so you still can have the use of your finger to work around individual teeth.
The only potential cons that I can see and that will have to be seen over time is how quickly the softer rubber would wear out... though I doubt it will wear any faster than a plastic-bristled toothbrush would and it's not too expensive to replace... also the proximity of your finger to chomping teeth might be risky, especially in dogs that are more spastic and nervous than ours. -However-, if you have a mild-mannered and gentle family sort of dog, then that won't be an issue at all.
Overall, this toothbrush was affordable, easy to use, and just a wonderful product. I would recommend it to anybody who has a medium-to-large size dog with dirty teeth.

doesn't fit
This is a terrible product, doesn't fit my finger and difficult to use. There is a small space for the toothpaste and my dog doesn't like this in her mouth.

Works ok but might need regular brush

My dog hated it

Good only if your dog(s) cooperate
I had great expectations for this product and it seems to work great, but I fight with my dogs over it !! It seems to work as advertised though.

Great Product
