I felt like the dental decks really helped me on my national boards. You can not possibly know everything, but the decks helped me understand how the questions would be worded. I also liked being able to flip the card over and see if I was right or wrong. It also gives you explanations on the back and goes into detail why the question is right or wrong. A great tool to study as one of many methods.
