All of the pieces that I got from amazon for the department 56 Disney Christmas Village are very cute. This building is very pretty and colorful. I like this particular collection because of the bright colors; it's very different from the dickens village and the like. Amazon had by far the best price on this piece as well as many others when I bought it in November 2011.
