Item was shipped by seller very quickly, received in original packing and styrofoam protective shell. Nothing damaged, everything in mint condition. Very nice addition to winter village, a tall and narrow building with nice outside features such as hanging sign with parakeet on it and dog sitting next to fire hydrant. To add a nice funny touch to your building take a yellow sharpie and color in some of the "snow" in front of the dog if you incorporate snow into your village. Overall a very nice piece to have in village for any pet lover.
