A very good short story collection,

I found the stories in this book to be for the most part very well written. The few that I didn't care for were just ones with which I had little interest. The stories give you enough so that when you are finished with one you can continue the story in your own imagination any number of ways. It provides a good variety of stories, from time travel to alternate history and even a little science fiction/fantasy. If you are looking for a book that covers many different areas of science fiction, this is for you.
