I know this is going to sound strange because Depends Protective Underwear is actually susposed to be used for adults who have problems with bladder control but I actully have to use them at night when I have my menstral cycle. One of the companies that makes menstral pads and tampons used to make a protective underwear for girls who get very heavy mentral cycles and they were smaller and less bulky and more fitted then Depends but unfortunately because of the vanity of alot of women they didn't sell well because most women were too embarassed to use them so they stopped making them and I get a very heavy menstral cycle so when I get my cycle I have to wear these Depends along with menstral pads so I don't wake up in the morning and find that I have totally stained my underpants, pajamas and sheets which is very embarrassing and it also keeps me from getting yelled at for staining my sheets and pajamas. I will continue to keep using these at night during my cycle but I wish someone would make ones that are actually for menstral cycles again. Oh, the curse of having a extremely heavy menstral cycle!!!!! It's a major bummer! Okay, it's embarassing to have to waer protective underpants at night when I have my menstral cycle but it's way more embarassing to stain my sheets, PJ's and cotton underpants so that is why I use the Depends! I use the small/Medium Size.

I am very impressed with the performance of this brand of adult diapers. There are several reason that I feel this is a great diaper. However, I have not tried any other brands, but in this review I will cover several of the pros and cons that I have encountered with the Depends adult diapers.

One of the first things that I noticed when I used this brand of adult diapers was that they are very comfortable. I expected them to feel really bulky, but they felt similar to wearing a pair of athletic shorts underneath my pants. They did bunch up a little bit in the crotch after a while, but overall I consider them to be very comfortable.

Initially I was also worried that it would be obvious to others that I was wearing an adult diaper. Being a college student, it would be embarrassing for my peers to know this. However, no one could tell. These diapers are very quiet when you are moving around. They also don't appear to be bulky underneath your clothing. I have been put at ease to know that people that are around me won't know the difference between adult diapers and regular underwear.

These diapers are also extremely absorbent. The pad of absorbent materiel is large enough to offer good protect from normal sized loads. The sidewalls on the diapers also give good protection from leaking. I have not had any leaking issues with this diaper when I have worn it.

One downside of this brand of adult diapers is that they don't breath as much as I would like them to. After wearing them for a while with moderate walking and moving around, my groin begins to sweat. Obviously no diapers breathe very well, but this is one thing that I do not like about these diapers. However, someone that does not move around a lot may not experience this problem.

Overall, I give this brand of adult diapers two thumbs up. The absorbance of these diapers is very good; they have good protection from leaking with the sidewalls, and overall are comfortable and relatively quiet. They are the best that I have encountered since I've began to wear diapers. Although they do not breath as much as I would like them to, I would recommend them to any adult that is in need of adult diapers. I'm a drummer in a jam band (Phish/Grateful Dead style) and sometimes we play four and five hour sets. I don't take drugs to keep me going like the other guys do and well, when you gotta go you gotta go. Work great in a pinch and they're perfect if we're getting free beer. Capacity is perfect for my needs.

This item is very good but not as good as it used to be,however, I will continue to use them.
