The first time I heard "Dependence" I fell in love with it. I normally listen to Southern Gospel and was not familiar with Jamie Slocum. I couldn't wait for the Dependence album CD to come out. I listen to it every day. All of the songs have such a good message. I have become a Jamie Slocum fan and have ordered more of his CD's. I recommend his newest album to everyone.

I discovered Jamie Slocum on UTube one evening, and was drawn to the interesting melodies and chords in his music. His mellow voice and honest lyrics also appealed instantly. So I impulsively bought 3 albums by him, after a brief sampling of the songs. I have not been disappointed. We took the albums on a long road trip with us, and my family thoroughly enjoyed all the songs. Rarely do you really like every single song on an album - this one delivers. I wondered how I could be so involved with Christian music and not have heard of this guy? If you like music that speaks to you and quiets your soul, give this album a try - you will turn to it again and again for encouragement and a nice lifting up to the start of your day.

Everytime I hear this song on the radio it ministers to me. Good timing, God's timing...this song is anointed! Highly recommend this cd!

I ordered this used, I had one and gave it to my sister. I knew I would like the Cd but I did not know until I got it how ordering a used one would turn out. It was great, the CD plays great and the case was in good condition. I got it in a timely matter also.

Usually I end up only liking 1 or 2 songs when I purchase a CD - not so with this CD. Even if you're not familiar with all the songs, the words end up speaking to you. My husband and I both absolutely love these songs!

I heard the song "Dependence" before and decided to listen to the rest of his songs, and there is not one song that I don't love! I ended up buying 2 of his cd's. Great! Really love them both! Would recommend very highly..

Jamie's music is straight from heaven above. His music and voice bring peace to my soul. Awesome Music!!

This CD was eagerly anticipated,and after the frustration of not finding it in any of our local stores, Thankfully, I found it here.

Jamie has once again shared his gift of music with us, and I was not disappointed.
Every song reflects, in quality & message, a calming assurance that we are not alone & that there is somewhere we can gain comfort and re-energize our souls.

5 stars is not nearly enough of a rating for this cd!
A MUST for any music collection.

This is a great CD! I had pre-ordered it, and received it in a timely manner. I had purchased two of them, one didn't work, returned it and got a new one in a timely manner.

I love this Cd. It brings me great joy when I listen to it!
