This is a very good book. "It is not only for those going through drpression, but also for their family, friends, co-workers and loved ones. It is a great source of help using poetry who have been touched by this devastating illness." I would highly recommend this book.

Susan Polis Schutz has done it again. I've been a fan of Susan's writing, including To My Daughter With Love, for years. In this wonderful book, she turns the lens inward in a revealing, poetic discussion of her bout with depression.

If you suffer from depression, or know somebody who does (most people do), then you will get something from Susan's latest book.

From the depths of her own depression, Susan Polis Schutz shares her journey from despair to hope. The talented poet and author has shared her views of motherhood and other wonderful experinces in her previous publications. Now she reveals the emotional exhaustion and isolation of depression as only an experienced traveler can. If you suffer mental illness or love someone who does, please get this book, read it and share it!

Give me a reason to read this book, it is about depression. So what! lots of books on depression. There is no teaser, no peek inside. With no reviews and no peeking, why should I read this book?
