4.0 out of 5 stars San Diego's hidden punk scene, February 22, 2005

Music that has mediocre lyrics, but quickly forgotten thanks to driven fast paced punk. Was part of San Diego's hidden punk scene that involved the likes of: Blink 182(pre-sellout), Sprung Monkey and more. If you like this pick up Murk Time Cruiser too. You should find these albums used cheap to top it off.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best album of the 90's!, April 19, 2001

This album is amazing. Great composition and beautifully noisy. Sad to say these boys broke up.

4.0 out of 5 stars Hidden classic, September 4, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Depth Five Rate Six (Audio CD)
A great, angular, driving album. The transitions between songs are excellent, at least as good as Momeansno's Wrong. The lyrics are a poor read but work fine in context. Not easy to get into, but once familiar the plotting and pacing are great. Spoon picked a good band to cover. Forget Murk TIme, a very disappointing follow up.
