Suspenseful Page Turner,
By J.R. Tate "Author" (Texas) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Derailed (Hardcover)
Derailed by James Siegel was an intense page turner that I found myself unable to put down. The story starts off with a bang and continues until the very last page. Charles starts off as an unlikeable character when he ponders adultery with a woman, Lucinda, that he meets on the train when commuting to work one morning. Personally, when a character is unlikeable, I have a hard time continuing but Siegel does a good job of keeping my interest. Charles eventually possesses some redeeming qualities, especially when his focus is on his family and their well being.
There are some twists and turns in the story, and an unexpected change of events later on that you will have to read for yourself! I tend to be very picky with the types of books I read and when I find a book that I have a hard time putting down, it says something! Great read, I recommend this to everyone!

Derailed, James Jiegel,
This review is from: Derailed (Hardcover)
I wanted this book for one of the nurses at my dad's nursing home. I had given away my copy and was worried that this might arrive in too "used" condition. That was no problem - the book is in excellent condition and my nurse friend is enjoying it immensely! Thanks.
