Another review refers to the book as a "rehash" of Prince's other works. Actually the book is a compilation of 9 of his other books. The other reviewer said it is good for those who haven't read much of Derek Prince's work and they are absolutely right. This is an excellent introduction to Prince's solid, foundational Biblical teachings on God's power in our lives. There is another compliation called "Transformed for Life" which includes 6 Derek Prince books and centers on how to know God and love Him more. I highly recommend both books, especially if you haven't read much of his work. Derek Prince's teachings are entirely based in the Bible, something unfortunately that seems to be found less and less in Christian books these days.

The book boils down to a well written rehash of Princes' material from previous writings on marriage, siritual warfare, fasting, etc. Loads of scripture. Good selection for someone who hasn't read much Prince yet.

Here are nine of the author's best books all gathered together in one volume. If every soon-to-be-married couple was to read Prince's "Marriage Covenant" there would be fewer God-dishonoring divorces in the Body of Christ. His leading chapters on Biblical covenants are priceless. Try to get a new, unmarked copy so you can highlight one for yourself.

This book is actually several smaller books combined in one volume, touching on a variety of subjects. Makes a great resource for any believer's library! Titles included as sections within the book are: The Holy Spirit in You, God's Medicine Bottle, God's Remedy for Rejection, The Marriage Covenant, God's Plan for Your Money, Does Your Tongue Need Healing?, How to Fast Successfully, Shaping History Through Prayer and Fasting, and Spiritual Warfare.

In his usual careful style and humility, Derek Prince discusses each topic from scripture, giving many examples from personal experience. You will get a great foundation for victorious Christian living if you read this book!

So powerful. I learned a lot from this book, especially about marriage, prayer, fasting, God's healing and spiritual warfare. God really spoke to me through this book and the Bible verses discussed in it. So many times when I had questions, the Holy Spirit would lead me to read a part of this book and then to the Scripture, and my questions were miraculously answered! I've started experiencing this recently ever since I got baptized by Him. It's amazing how God makes all things work for the good of those who love Him. Praise Jesus!

An excellent resource that I could not put down! I was not familiar with his materials until I picked up this book. I've read it through twice now and each time I've learned many new things.

Mr. Prince is an excellent teacher who presents the information in a way that answers the "why" before we've completely formed the question in our mind. Everything is based on Scriptures and he has given the appropriate background information to help the reader understand the intent behind the original language when the Scriptures were written.

This is a must read, it is timely and it is necessary for today! I ordered it because of the reputation of the author. His incite is through experience and I recommend his teachings and readings!
