the good parts:

- details of blast beats and other extreme metal related beats where you can see clearly how it's being done, and i can tell you just by watching (if you're into metal drumming) your whole concept of metal drummin gis improved by 10%

- endurance exercises are amazing and the solo parta 1-5 have cool tricks you can use in your everyday jams, or in songs etc.... not only in metal music
- the accents part is great i use lots of accents when i play on the ride but this is great!!!

- the picture , sound is very clear.

- it has just the load needed for a dvd, any additional frankly would be too much and would make it really difficult to know where to start. i for a fact can assure you that over filled dvds and books will discourage even those dedicated, which is not the case here
so thumbs up rody for the exact load of info etc.. in the dvd.


my critics:

the bass drum sound is a bit low therefore you will have to play with the settings of your tv and adjust the sound ( comparing to hi hat snare which is very loud)

this book is not for beginners since breaking down the beat dosent go at several tempos but from slow slow to extreme fast :))) therefore those new to drums or metal drums will find it very hard to know the difference between many beats and how to get there...


other than that... BUY BUY BUY the book!!! what are you still doing here?????? reading this GO BUY IT... yes press on the button ....you won't be sorry.....
