This review is from: Derivative Markets: Solutions Manual (Paperback)
Mr. MacDonald is a long time prestigous scholar who has been in England
for several years. Then he goes back to the America. The solution manual of course is not written by the author of the book. But the question is full of wisdom and meaning. Mr. MacDonald's book is a bit harder compared with the book written by John Hull, but it is competitive with the one written by Robert Jarrow. Both of them are creative and intelligent in the field of Derivatives and its application. Mr. MacDonald is tilted to the commodity and Mr. Jarrow is interested in the term structure of interest rates. It is pretty nice book. The solution manual is especially worthwhile for the one who want to knows better the material of chapters inside. |
