This is a nice body lotion, and really is fragrance free, which is great for those of us who are scent sensitive. I found the consistency a little thin (similar to Lubriderm), but it absorbs quickly and leaves a pleasant powder-smooth feel to the skin. Good as a daily body lotion, but I think it would have to be a bit thicker for a hand lotion (though I do a lot of work with my hands so am probably harsher than the norm).

Derma E products are my favorite. I have very dry skin and live in a dry area. I add my own theraputic grade essential oils to this, usually lavendar, and it works even better.
