Any who think Cuban music is mostly drumming, any who love the choral vocals of Africa's Ladysmith Black Mambazo, and any who wish top appreciate the rich heritage left by waves of immigrants into Cuba will simply love Grupo Bocal Desandann's DESCENDANTS.
Released in 1999, DESCENDANTS remains outstanding and unique; simply breathtaking in its vocal harmonies and choir effects.

This group has heavenly voices. Even though I do not speak or understand creole, I thoroughly enjoy all of their melodies. My sister had seen this group in concert in Chicago and was very impressed with their performance. Her experience prompted me to look up the group on the internet and after hearing some samples of their music, I quickly ordered their CD. I am very pleased with this purchase.
