"Winter storm" in S.Cal over Thanksgiving. First ride: Climb from Redlands CA [42 degrees F] to Angelus Oaks [32 degrees F]. Wet Roads, some flecks of snow falling. Averaged approx 30 mph for a 30min descent and toes felt fine --with plain summer socks underneath these shoe covers. I was very pleased.

I just got these in the mail, they look REALLY warm. They are thicker than they look in the picture! I agree with the sizing feedback. I wear a women's 7- RUNNING SHOE and the Medium fits snugly. Happy Cycling!
