5.0 out of 5 stars I absolutely loved this book!
It's not often that I purchase a Harlequin with the intention of reading it again. Usually, I just borrow books from the library, read them once, and move on. But I loved this book so much that I had to buy my own copy. The plot is nothing I haven't read before, but the characters were just so likable, so genuine. 1.0 out of 5 stars hated it- removed it from my kindle
I started reading this book three weeks ago - I had to put it down and stop reading it- have not picked it up again. I can sum it up in three words. DUMB BLONDE MODEL. For example DBM leaves the runway with necklace worth millions and she walks out into the night- leaves the palace- walks into the poor section of town in some town in the middle east and OH she almost gets...

It's not often that I purchase a Harlequin with the intention of reading it again. Usually, I just borrow books from the library, read them once, and move on. But I loved this book so much that I had to buy my own copy. The plot is nothing I haven't read before, but the characters were just so likable, so genuine. I really cared what happened to them and enjoyed the story from beginning to end. The heroine was not dumb, by any means. And she certainly wasn't a gold digger.

This was a charming, engaging book and I will definitely give it a second read.

This review is from: The Desert King's Bejewelled Bride (Harlequin Presents Extra) (Kindle Edition)
I started reading this book three weeks ago - I had to put it down and stop reading it- have not picked it up again. I can sum it up in three words. DUMB BLONDE MODEL. For example DBM leaves the runway with necklace worth millions and she walks out into the night- leaves the palace- walks into the poor section of town in some town in the middle east and OH she almost gets killed. If that is not enough to make you throw the book or kindle across the room, she then tells the future king, who she loves and just had sex with that she'll go with him and pretend to be his fiancee but how much is she getting paid for that job- and she does not want him to think she's a gold digger- NO WHY WOULD HE THINK THAT. This book is not a romance - it's lame, and giving it one star is over rating this book
