5.0 out of 5 stars Soaring, meditative, passionate, November 21, 2007
By J. Zambrano "A Librarian in Da Hood" (Echo Park, Los Angeles, CA United States) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
The first time I heard this CD, time simply stopped until the very end. Strother's contemplative, dreamlike musings with violin reach soulfully deep. Outstanding material for a film and I did recommend it to two Hollywood directors.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Sound to Believe In, October 3, 2007
By Ricardo Acuna (Los Angeles, CA) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
An electric violin and no other instrument. Pure sound, music, emotion. Unlike anything you've heard before. I can't recommend one song because I recommend you listen to them all, and in order, like an album should be listened to. The music will make you listen, truly listen, to voices that are plaintive, introspective, meditative, reminiscent, stirring and always haunting.

4.0 out of 5 stars One Song Calls to Your Soul, May 30, 2007
By A. Mata "Living Life" (Los Angeles, CA USA) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
The third song "Soledad" calls to your soul. It should be listened to.
