This was a awsome book. The main character, Maria, has a grandmother in Mexico, but sadly she dies so Maria goes to live in her grandmas old cottage. Maria sets out a small feast on Day of the Dead to honor her grandmother, hoping her ghost eats the food. Maria ends up falling asleep, and guess what!? The food gets eaten. But by who? This story was truly incedible. The ending was completely unseen and surprising.
Bottom line.

Though this story could use some fleshing out, the premise is unique and compelling. I enjoyed the imagery and the New Mexico references. All and all, a good read.

Loved it. Did not see the ending coming. Love that Aaron makes it local in New Mexico showing what it's like in our culture.
