Very in depth and thorough. It is an exhaustive work on the subject of D/B project delivery method. It is a great reference book for you library or office. If you in any way (A/E, General Contractor, Owner's Representative, Construction Manager, Trade Contractor and, or course, Legal) associated with the D/B method of construction; then this book is a must for you. My only negative comment is, if you shelve it at work keep, you might want to keep it under lock and key; as your associates and co-workers may want to borrow it without your knowledge! (And you do not want to lose this fine reference work)
