My 88 year old grandma said it was the best gift she got this Christmas! We tested them on the spot and just as promised they produced instant heat and her hands felt great! After about 45 minutes of warmth, we boiled the warmers up for about 15 minutes and they were ready to go again! Amazing product!

Cute product, makes a nice little gift but doesn't stay warm for long. If you are looking for something to really fight the cold, I would go with the non-reusable ones you can buy in camping stores.

This product is very disappointing. The box said it would stay warm for several hours but the "heart" I had lasted just over 30 minutes. I followed the instructions to place it in boiling water for 10-20 minutes and naturally it was hot at first but 30 minutes later, it was cold. Don't waste money buying this warmer.

I received this as a gift for christmas and it did not work at all. We tried boiling it to see if it would reset, but it still is not working. Garbage.

Like others say, the heat doesn't last hours, but it's perfect for walking to the bus stop and waiting in the cold. They last for about half an hour.

My recommendation for extending heat time: boil it to reset a little bit before you leave, so it is warm from being boiled*. When it cools down from that, activate it. Warm for almost twice as long!

*Wait a bit before handling. I am not responsible for you burning yourself.

I really love this item. I got it at JCPenny's. I love it, i warms up for the right amount of time. It's really helpful for when you come in the office from your car. I'm glad I found them on here.

I like how it's reusable and pretty warm. That's probably all I like about it.

It isn't worth its price. This should be about $3.

The box claims to last "several" hours, and here said that it stays warm for about an hour.
But, for me it only lasted under 30 minutes. Not a day where it lasted more than 30 minutes.

I still used it a lot since my hands get really cold when I go to school.
But only under 30 minutes. :(

Other than that, don't expect it to be 'hot' warm. ~

From my product experience, I wouldn't recommend this to someone who wants to be warm for more than 30 minuets~
