This review is from: Designer Reptiles and Amphibians: Advice on purchase and selective breeding of color morphs that display unusual patterns (Paperback)
Although Bartlett and Bartlett have published some decent books on reptiles and amphibians, I find several of them seem rushed, and full of errors. Designer Reptiles and Amphibians is one of these.

The book contains a panoply of errors, such as poorly used examples and mislabelled photos. The accurate parts of the text are decently written, but if you are not already familiar with genetics and the species you're reading about, the mistakes may be hard to catch.

All in all, this book is a waste of money unless you want some nice pictures of some attractive colour morphs.
