Bright and WIDE beam. Have used 5-6 times and it is still working great.

Well made base. The light head is plastic...do must keep it away from heat.

We are using this for a grill light instead of hardwiring something and it puts out plenty of light. The clamp mount is not wide enough to mount on our side table, but the magnet is very strong and works well. To put up when not in use, I twist it around the handle and cover everything with the grill cover.

3/3/11 Update: He has successfully used this light to grill in the evening and likes the quality. He says it puts out a bluish-white light that makes it easy to tell if the meat is just the right color. He is happy with this. Still no rain.

I bought this light for my boyfriend. We both really like it. The light emitted is bright and of a blue tone. The flexible neck allows you to put the light where you want it focused, or bring it out for a wider spread. The clamp is adjustable for fit on most edges. Haven't used it in the rain yet, it doesn't rain much in AZ. I am glad I got this for him, he has tried various McGyver-type scenarios to light up his grill without long-term success. I believe, and hope, this light will last a great while.

Very fast shipping, quality of product exactly as described. This is a replacement Light I purchased for the same brand light purchased about 5 years ago that worked great until the flex arm wore out. I'm hopeful this light will hold up as well.

I purchased the Designers Edge Grill Light after much research and I am very pleased with the results. It is very versatile and can be used not only for grilling, but camping, hobbie projects, shop work bench extra. I would highly recommend this product.

I was given this light as a gift. It's very well made, sturdy, bright and everything you might want to "light up the grill" to see how things are cooking.

I managed to surprise my husband with this. He loves it: easy to clamp on and bright. Sturdier than we would have thought for the price. A nice piece of equipment, that he actually uses - with a smile even.

Very good choice from among many. LED's are plenty bright; battery life good; robust clamp; plenty long arm. Haven't tested claimed water-resistance; I cover with plastic bag when not in use!

great product. does everything I wanted. batteries go in the head and has a good sized compartment in the base for maybe something special while the cook is at work.

I bought this for my outdoor BBQ. This light start out fine although a little flimsy at the connection from the metal neck to the plastic light housing. Within one month the housing connection became even more loose and 30 days after that, the light stopped working altogether. Overall it started okay but finished as a failure. This light simply is not meant for the rigor of being attached to a BBQ. I am now trying the official Weber lights that attach directly to the BBQ handle.
