4.0 out of 5 stars Very good for about to be college grad, September 8, 2009
This review is from: The Designer's Guide to Business and Careers: How to Succeed on the Job or on Your Own (Paperback)
I thought this book was pretty well written. I liked it mainly because it gave me the hard up facts about trying to get a job out in the real world. At school they always seem to sugar coat it somehow or leave out valid points, this book tells you exactly how it is and even prepares you to know that you will fail sometimes. I reccommend this book to other college students about to graduate, this book helped me come to terms with alot of things making me nervous about graduating this May and what to expect.

I bought this book for a class and I found myself wishing I'd had it years ago. It's really everything you need to know about getting started and it's saved me a lot of headaches.
