This review is from: Designing the Digital Experience: How to Use EXPERIENCE DESIGN Tools & Techniques to Build Websites Customers Love (Paperback)

Learn how to use experience design tools to build more user-friendly websites with Designing the Digital Experience, a guide certain to appeal to marketers and site designers alike. Visitors who enjoy positive digital experiences will find the sites much more useful, appealing, and worthy of recommendation to others: this is a fine survey focusing on community-building and actively user-friendly sites, and is recommended especially for college-level librarians seeking to understand the latest in website assessment and information technology.
