This review is from: Designing and Planning Programs for Nonprofit and Government Organizations (Wiley Desktop Editions) (Hardcover)
Although a little dated by now, this is a very thorough treatment of the subject. Got it to use for teaching a class and found it quite helpful. Was well worth more than the price!!
