I bought this because it was on sale and I thought it looked kinda cool. I hung it in a tree in my front yard (near the front door) and I keep it filled with water (since it said it could be used as a bird bath). I've never actually seen a bird bathing in it though. I rated this item 4 stars because it really does look "spiffy" hanging in my tree. Very distinctive. Visitors always comment on it. I'm pretty sure if I fill it with seed - the birds will like it just as much as I do.

This bird feeder is just as colorful as the picture depicts. I absolutely love it and the sun plays wonderful colors off of this feeder. It makes a great addition to any yard. The birds will love you for the seed and you will love the feeder.
