I have used this book many times to help me when I have become tense at work. It is an easy to follow guide that has been unbelievably helpful. The pictures and descriptions allow anyone to use it effectively. I recommend that everyone give it a try!

This book really helps the work day go better. It is an easy read, and the exercises are simple, yet effective. Doing these exercises has helped to keep me more alert for the entire day, and prevent me from feeling burned out later in the week. I highly recommend this book.

This book is helpful for someone like me that sits alot at work and isn't able to walk much while at work. It allows me to stretch and I've noticed I'm not as tired at the end of the day.
