Don't bother to order this book because it has not been released. Do not believe the estimated delivery time. I was promised the book back in Nov. 2008. Delivery date was pushed back at least 5 times. When I was told that I would have to wait until April to get it (Maybe) I cancelled my order. I just received a message from my library informing me that the publication of this book has been cancelled. I would love to be able to read this book but that just does not seem to be possible in the near future. Bottom line don't waste your time or your hopes by ordering this book.
