Este es un libro que lo recomiendo 100%.Es un libro que tienes que leerlo por el resto de tu vida porque te enzeña muchas tecnicas para poder cambiar tu vida y tus valores a una forma mas positiva,te demuestras como puedes cambiar tus sentimientos de pesimismo a ser mas optimista,te despierta todo lo bueno que tenemos dentro,te hace descubrir quien tu eres realmente y te enze1a que puedes cambiar.En conclusion es un libro muy practico te pone muchos ejercicios y al final te das cuenta que en realidad has aprendido mucho.EN MI CRITERIO ES EL MEJOR LIBRO QUE ME HE LEIDO (ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO)

Outstanding book. I've read "Awaken the Giant" in English and Spanish being my native language, I wanted to internalize Tony's teaching even more. This I was able to accomplish. There were some minor details that could have been translated a bit better. Otherwise, and once again, the book was better than phenomenal. In addition to the review, the book arrived much sooner than promised, and I will order again from this seller.

Este libro es muy bueno, ayuda mucho a uno descubrise interiormente y nos ayuda a desenvolvernos en la vida. Lo recomiendo.

I loved chapters 8, 9 and 10.
Ch 8: How questions lead our minds to particular aspects of reality, like in "What did you LIKE in this book?" vs "Did any part BORE you?" You can thus see problems or opportunities, niceness or uglyness.

Ch 9: Words you CHOOSE to represent situations affect your perception of them.
Is it a tragedy, a problem or a challenge? You (and people you influence) will feel different according to the "label" you put on the situation.

Ch 10: Importance of the metaphors with which we represent situations and events, and with which we describe objects or humans.
"Life is a JOURNEY" vs "Life is a STRUGGLE". You feel much better with the journey word.

You will see that you can CHOOSE these representations and in doing so, affect the state of your mind and you personal efficacy.
