Product Description
A refreshing taste of the tropics. A toasted biscotti cookie crust presents our lemon cheesecake, including a layer of tart lemon filling, topped with luscious lemon sour cream and sprinkled with coconut.
Shipping dates are Monday through Thursday. Any orders placed after Noon on Thursday will not ship until the following Monday. 2-Day shipping is not available to all locations. In the event 2-Day shipping is not available, we will email you to see if you would like to upgrade to overnight shipping or cancel the order.

What a mess,

First of all, I wish I had seen the shipping price for this item. It's pretty steep.
However, it was an Amazon gift card so it was basically a "freebie" and lemon cheesecake just sounded so yummy so I ordered it. It arrived - in a cardboard box that had the freezer inserts that *could* be reused if needed. There was also Styrofoam packing - I could tell they took care trying to package it. My freezer inserts had leaked and were lukewarm - there was some oozing of the freezer inserts inside the box. The cheesecake itself? Well, it appeared as a gooey mess. It looked like it exploded inside the container. While the company was hard to reach at first, they eventually refunded my money. It was also much smaller than I thought it would be.
